Sync causing windows to cycle through folders while file is syncing

Thread needs solution

Has anyone else experienced this? If I modify a file in Windows explorer, say if I move a file from one folder to another, Windows Explorer starts "cycling" through the folder list on the left. If I highlight another folder or document, it becomes unhighlighted as the "cycling" begins again. Once the sync stops, I can then highlight another file with out it becoming unhighlighted. If the sync begans again, the cycling resumes.

Help someone, please. I recently did the upgrade to build 6514, and now I find no matter what I try, I cannot save a customized backup scheme as my default backup. Every time I close True Image 2013, then reopen, the backup scheme that appears reverts to incremental. I did not have this issue with the previous build, and I find this highly aggravating that even when I select the "save as default scheme" key, it doesn't work when reopening the program. Does anyone know what I can do to remedy this?

I need help, please. I have recently updated to build 6514, and now I cannot save a customized backup scheme as default. Even though I select the "save as default scheme" key, every time I close True Image 2013, then reopen, the backup scheme reverts to "incremental". This did not do this using the previous build of 2013. I'm really frustrated, especially since my tech support has apparently expired. Can anyone help?

Bruce I replied to you in your other thread.

@Andrew,

What OS are you using?

Where is your sync folder situated?

Has this folder (assuming W7 or W8) always had 'Windows indexing' switched on? In fact is it enabled?

It might be worth running a repair install, just in case a file wasn't propery updated from build 5551 to 6514.
