Sync from hard drive to external drive?

Three simple questions.

1. I only want to sync My Documents / Pics / Videos from my C: drive to an external drive on the same computer. So far it only gives me option to log in with another computer.

2. I don't want the default sync enabled - don't want my files touching Acronis's server. Can I disable this?

3. How do I get my money back if 1 and 2 are not possible?
