Sync suspend and 0% of storage in use

Thread needs solution

1. I synchronized one 9GB folder with online storage but the 0% in use is displayed.
2. When I click on Suspend all syncs it takes up to 15 minutes until the action takes place
3. The status of the task is suspended in these 15 minutes,but kaspersky displays fullspeed outgoing data by the syncagentsrv.exe... - so the task in not suspended, the suspend is requested only
4. There's not way to check percentage status of particular task. One folder was completed in 61% by task notification. Why this is not displayed in the main UI? Why after pause it's missing completely? And why is the size of the folder on the online storage 0 bytes with no folder displayed? One would expect at least these 61% of uploaded data (61% sync, not only analyzed).
5. How to exclude some subfolders for sync?

*6. It displays all sync are up to date in the systray while being uploading data ~512kbps by network monitor. And no information in the UI sync panel about pending operation. What's up?

What about some scheduled hours for synchronization or at least simple on/off button? It takes all my out bandwidth when I need it and suspend takes ages (+ after suspend it continues with analyze...).

*7. I paused a task which was in progress and on resume it started since beginning. Does it mean that when I turn off computer or pause it then it creates new version of files which have not been changed in a meantime?

I need a single version of the files and it never finishes like that. 16GB folder I can upload in 3 days. But not when it always starts from beginning...

Does it really synchronize large folder as single transaction? How can I synchronize it on the files level? I don't want to upload again and again unchanged files every time it's restarted or synchronized next time.

Can I upload the files there using ftp instead?

Well, I removed all the sync tasks and created a test online backup for folder of 13 files and 20MB total.

I hit suspend in the middle and it shows 4 files on the web page. Then I hit backup and suspend again after a while (after 3 more files uploaded) and it got stuck in calculating state for > 15 minutes (see attached file; 2 hours now). There is only a marginal network activity by acronis in the network monitor.

I am trying to sync 100gb folder contains 162.854 files for 2 days. I dont knows whats going on, i can see no files at web. I says empty folder. But i think i must see uploded files. Some times i look sync process it says %90 percentance, but then its start from begging. It must say xxxx files uploded, xxx files waitig and more info about whats going on.

I contacted support on chat and they told me that after sync resume it starts from beginning. So I gave up the sync and setup a backup.

For the second time the backup is locked after suspend request (after 8GB uploaded). It's calculating forever...

They helped me 1st time with the backup on the chat support. We logout/login, deleted user cert, installed new version and finally try to deleted the backup at all. It took several more hours until it stopped reporting you cannot delete the backup because it's being used. Then I finally deleted it (7MB of 20MB uploaded, yes MB!!! and 7 files and it took hours to recovery....).

I started to consider the charge back because the when the UI cannot finish suspend of backup or the backup is in progress then the whole system cannot be restarted too (it closes desktop and displays that it must wait for some operation ending, what never happens...).

I really hope that some representative is following this forum and answer us why even for 20MB/13 files folder it takes ages or never finishes on basic operations (adsl 8192/512).

I run Acronis Info I attach the result file, but yesterday I have deleted logs,

I am using ext disk, my work files are stored in it.
I want to sync its work folder from 3 PC,
For exp if I am at work, I use my ext disk with my work notebook, changed files must be sync,
at home I use my ext disk with my Pc or notebook, again I want to sync same folder with same cloud folder,
different computer but some ext disk.
Today I sync slow folders and yes I sync them.
My problem was my big folder, but ıt can say problem, ıt says nothing allways says finished and then starts from begging and no files at cloud folder. And why if I finished %20 of sync process, I cant see %20 of files?
Sory about my English.
