Synchronization with Netgear ReadyNAS

I just purchased True Image 2013 and want to use it to synchronize the User folder of my computer with a backup folder on my Netgear ReadyNAS but unfortunately I can't figure out how to do this. I have to say Netgear has bundled it's hardware with a trial of Memeo and this was much easier and quicker to use. If I had known this beforehand I might have purchased Memeo instead. But back to topic:

First I tried to delete the default synchronization with Acronis Online Backup but somehow it can't be removed. It's only possible to delete additional synchronizations but not the default one. Why is that?

Since I couldn't delete the default synchronization I tried to add the backup folder on my ReadyNAS to it which was possible, but still nothing happened. When I wanted to remove the folder I only could find the menu to open or change the folder. So now the default synchronization consists of the default sync folder, the backup folder on my ReadyNAS and the Acronis Online Backup...

Also I noticed that I can't change the default folder to another one if it has the same sub or parent folder which is stupid, because I might not only want to synchronize the default folder but its parent folder too or only a sub folder of it. I had to select a completely different folder first and only then I could select the parent folder. If it really has to be done this way it's ridiculous! Please tell me there is an easier way and I just couldn't figure it out. :-D
