System-Cleanup found 341 items, but not one of them was listed!
Brand new user. Acronis True Image 2010.
The first thing I tried to do after reading the Help pages was to use the System-Cleanup tool. I clicked to activate it, and it said it found 341 items and that they would be "displayed below." Well, NOTHING WAS DISPLAYED.
The screen is pure white. I wanted to change the settings so that I could perform clean-up on specific items only, but I couldn't get it to do anything.
Not a very good start with this software. Heh heh.
What am I supposed to do now? Why doesn't it work?

ISSUE SOLVED. I SOLVED IT MYSELF!
That's good, because this forum, nor Acronis Support itself, has been any help whatsoever. It's going on 2 weeks since I posted my "cry for help!" -- That's waaaaay too long to wait for help. Not one person replied to me!
The problem was caused by WHOEVER designed the GUI. That person neglected to make the necessary features visible enough for them to even be noticed!
There are tiny (nearly microscopic) "arrowheads" next to words on the screen. The solution was to "click" that arrowhead.
How bizzarre that is! I found it only back accident after trying for days to get something to happen.
My screen rez is always set at 1920 x 1080 and I've increased font sizes, etc. MY DISPLAY WORKS FINE FOR ALL MY OTHER APPLICATIONS, but Acronis' interface is in need of revamping.
I won't even get into the fact that my issue is nowhere to be found, even in the "Knowledge Base!"
I hope this will help some other poor slob who gets no support from Acronis or this forum.

Kreelor,
30 people viewed your question and I feel reasonably certain that if any of these viewers knew the answer, they would have responded. I was one of those which viewed your question shortly after it was posted but since I did not know the answer, I continued on expecting someone else would know the answer and would respond.
I am assuming that there is a list of each file found and by clicking on the Arrowhead you reference, the list appears to show each file is displayed.
I too have looked carefully and cannot find the arrowhead which display will display such a listing. There are several arrowhead for different displays but I cannot find the one which displays the list.
Would you mind posting a screen capture with a the arrowhead circled? Thank you.

I think he means this
He was expecting to see them listed on the right but you have to open the tree on the left to see them using the "small arrowhead"

Tatou, you are correct. And, I do notice that your 'arrowheads' are more visible than my own. The initial arrowheads (shown in your "Screen_1.jpg") are "open" arrows -- not filled-in solid black as are the arrows AFTER the list is expanded (as in "Screen_2.jpg"). My high screen rez is more than likely the problem. But, the program does not have text informing users that they have to click on the arrows to expand the tree. Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) opens the subdirectories automatically. That's what I was expecting in Acronis. Standardization with Windows' programming.
I'm sorry for not being more specific. I thought I wrote the isssue and solution clear enough.
While I'm on this subject of Acronis's GUI (Graphical User Interface), I'd like to mention other oversights. I'm not sure if I should start this as a new topic on a different forum, or not?
I have found that quite a number of pop-up dialog boxes do not have adequate, standard Microsoft controls. For instance; there are no "Maximize/Minimize" buttons, although many do have the dragable re-size feature on the corners and sides of the dialogs. Frustrating.
Thank you for your replies -- both of you!
Larry
