System does not recognize SD card's file system after installing True Image Home 2012
I use a PC system with MS Windows 7 64 bit and a built-in SD card reader. Since the installation of Acronis TrueImage Home 2012 (Build 6131) the system does not recognize the file system of my SD cards any more (tested with several cards formated with FAT31 or NTFS). Windows Disk Management recognizes the SD card, but shows the file system to be 'RAW'.
Testing with MSCONFIG shows that the problem is caused by the Acronis Nonstop Backup Service (after disabeling this service everything works as usual).
Is there any solution to this problem besides disabeling the Nonstop Backup Service?
BTW: After buying the program my Support subscription has expired about two weeks ago so that I cannot contact Acronis Support directly through their web site. Is there a way of contacting Support when problems arise that are obviously related to product malfunction (as in the present case)?

ATI is known to have conflicts with some card readers. Your best bet is probably to keep nonstop disabled, assuming that wasn't the main thing you bought ati for. IF so, then request a refund within the first 30 days. IF your 30 days has run out, it will probalby be difficult to get a refund.
If your free period for support has run out, you can pay for support, jsut to get access, and hope that you will get a refund of the support fee based on the nature of your need for support. The likelihood of a refund would depend upon who you get on your case from Help as much as the actual issue. However, Help might decided that, since ati isn't guaranteed to work on allmachines, it's not ati's fault -- Acronis does offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Other than that, re Acronis support, it's pay or go away. That's how Acronis has set things up.

Can some tell me how to disable the Online backup? I have an NAS and don't use the online backup anyway.

Colin - Thanks much...Works fine. To all other novices - you also need to reboot after disabling Online Backup.

I had the same issue, did not have to reboot after disabling service. Just reinserted SD card, and it read automatically.
Windows 7, Sony laptop.
