System Protection Turned Off after Restore

I have a Dell 8700 with win 8.1 Pro. I got a new Samsung SSD and did a system restore to the new drive (from a backup image, not a clone).

I noticed system protection is now turned off on the C Drive. It actually listed two C drives. The main drive it was turned off, on the other, it was on but said drive not found.

I went ahead and disabled it on the drive not found and that entry disappeared. I then enabled it on the C drive and it seems to work.

Is this normal?

I am using latest version of Acronis TI 2015.

Thanks Mike for the workaround....looks like it is still have not been addressed.  Same issue using Snap Deploy 5.0.1.670 - image capture tool
