tasks and event log date colors error

I am using TIH 2009 and have been having repeated errors in the background colors of the date. In every case the logs show operation has succeeded but the date color is sometimes still blue and often is red with green very occasionally.

I tried to send a trouble ticket to tech support and was notified the product is no longer supported. This is not a freebee, I paid my hard earned money for it. That is just not fair. Time for a different software provider. Acronis is not the only tree in the forest.
