Tasks disappear but run automatically as scheduled

Thread needs solution

I had 3 backups.  I no longer can see them in the panel, but they still run as scheduled.   Where can I find the older (still active but invisible) tasks ?

Antonio, it sounds like something in your Acronis software configuration / setup has become corrupted to give the strange symptoms you have described.  I would recommend performing a Repair install of the product to see if this will resovle it.

You can do the repair by either running the installation program again to install over the top of the existing software, or going to the Control Panel, Programs & Features and clicking on Unistall for the program, then take the option to Repar if this is given.  You may need to download a new copy of the installation program from your Acronis Account for the first option if you no longer have this.
