Is there a 64 bit version of ATIH 2012?
I haev already installed ATIH 2012 on Vista adn now I want to isnatll it on Win 7 64 bits. Should I use the same installer I downloaded already for Vista, or is there a 64 bit ATIH 2012 I should get instead?

Is it just me or does everyone have the horrible experience I have with this software and the support team?
I have three computers with three different op systems. Win XP Professional, Win Vista Business, and Win 7 Home Premium. Had ATHI2011 on the Vista computer, did multiple backups, computer failed, had it fixed and NONE of my backups was good or able to restore my data!
Bought a new computer and ATIH2012 family pack for all three computers and also 3 copies of the plus pack which the rep told me was necessary if I wanted to restore cross platform.
The software simply won't install at all on the Vista computer, Installs fine on the other two, appears to back up the Win 7 computer, but simply refuses to restore any of 4 test backups. And it won't back up at all on the xp computer!
I have been on online "customer support" twice and they could not solve the problems and just left me hanging and left the session?
I am at wits end. I don't want to spend forever again waiting for online support that isn't help full any way and then just drops me. What am I to do?

To understand why backup and recovery fails we will need to know your steps and any error messages that you got. This report will collect Acronis program logs.
