Is there a way to fix these errors in SSD to make Acronis work again

When I used Acronis True Image Hom3 2013 to backup my SSD drive, Acronis stopped after 5 minutes with a message saying it could not read some sectors ...and stopped right there . Is there a way to fix these errors in SSD to make Acronis work again ? Please advise .

My system : Win 7 Pro . Gigabytes Mobo ; 120 mbs SSD drive

Run chkdsk /r on each partition of that drive. If there are hidden partitions, assign letters to them so you can chkdsk.
Also run a drive checking utility from the drive manufacturer, as those sometimes catch errors missed by chkdsk.
