Thumb drives not recognized by TI11

Thread needs solution

I bought a 32GIG Corsair thumb drive with the intent of making backups to it. TI 11 does not recognize the drive. Is there a fix?

Are you running the process from within Windows or from the Rescue CD? If from the Rescue CD, which operates in Linux, then it doesn't have the drivers for the thumb drive. The latest version may have it. You can try the Trial version to see if it does. But be sure to make a Backup with your version 11 (to another hard drive) in case the installation of the Trial goes awry or in case you want to get back to pre Trial status.

Hello Acronis customer,

Thank you for using Acronis Products

I have sent you ISO Image of Acronis bootable disc via PM. Download it and create Acronis bootable disc using third-party software. ISO image is based on different loader which has more embedded drivers, it will certainly solve the issue you experience. If not please let us know.

I may also recommend you download free trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2009 and test it functionality.

I have sent you requested ISO image via PM. Please let us know the results.

Why not just make this this part of the regular program?

Hello Dmitry,

Can I get that ISO also, I'm having trouble with the boot cd for TI 11
