TI 2009 still hangs at initialize after clearing logs
Environment: TI 2009 at highest level, all updates installed, on Dell Vostro 220 desktop with quad core processor running Windows XP Pro.
TI 2009 hangs the system whenever I start it. It goes to 'initialize' and that's the end of it. I cleared out all the acronis logs, per other forum discussions and it still hangs at initialize.
It did this before, hanging at initialize, then stopped doing it, now does it again. I suspect it started again after I put in a second sata drive. I just remembered that I took out that drive recently and then put it back in again. No card readers are installed or connected per another forum discussion of hangs.

Hello Roger!
Thank you for finding time to share your experience with us! I entirely understand your concern and will be glad to assist you.
It's hard to say for sure, but looks like the issue was caused by the SnapAPI drivers glitch (SnapAPI is responsible for recognising the hard drives). This can be resolved by updating the drivers. I will send you the instructions via PM in a minute.
Should the issue persist, please gather:
- Acronis Info
- SnapAPI logs (instructions will be sent via PM)
After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
Thank you!
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
