TI 2010 #7046 Freezing On Dell Latitude E6410

I was using an older version of TI 2010 and my computers were all working fine. I got a new order of Dell Latitude (E6410) in and the version I was using didn't have the NIC drivers. So, I downloaded #7046 and now I can't deploy or backup the computer image. It's constantly freezing when trying to connect to my FTP server.

I am connecting to an FTP server via IP 192.1.1.5 and this server communicates fine with an older version of TI 2010 (if the NIC is able to be loaded).

Why is NIC support so poor with the new TI? There is definitely an issue with the network portion of TI 2010 #7046.

The NIC in my new Dell's is: Intel 82577LM

Please reply with a solution as soon as possible. I really don't want to buy another product from another vendor.
