TI 2010 home build 6053 will not mount image

I have a triple boot system with XP 32x, XP 64x and Win 7 64x and TI 2010 - 6029 runs fine. I updated TI 2010 - 6029 to 6053 Now, when I try to mount an image (any image), TIH 2010 - 6053 posts the error message cannot assign drive letter. I moved back to 6029 and the image mounts fine. Do we have to buy the Plus Pack to get this feature back in 6053?

Thank you for reporting about the issue - it is very important for us!

First of all I would like to assure you that there is no need in purchasing Plus Pack add-on: mounting the image is a default function included to every Acronis True Image Home, so it should work normally.

Since it doesn't, we would like to investigate the issue. Could you please kindly provide us with the following? 

  1. Could you please kindly do the following?

    - Download AcronisInfo http://download.acronis.com/support/AcronisInfo.exe
    - Run the downloaded file.

    The gathered information will be put in AcronisInfo.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.

    This information will allow us to take a closer look at the Acronis product state and logs.

  2. a. Download Process Monitor and run it
    b. Reproduce the issue without closing the utility
    c. Click File ->Save in the main Process Monitor window
    d. Select All events and save the log file in the PML, CSV or XML format.  

Please kindly contact me directly with the results, we will revew the information and find the solution.
