TI 2010 multiple issues

Hi.
First of all I am thankful for TI 11 home, still using on old XP machine, saved my arce many times, simple and effective to use.
Now 2010 edition, not sure where to start. I am using Win7 64bit and AMD.
First attempt to recover lead to half way solution - old partition was erased, but image was not applied to this unallocated partition, it took me some gray hair and Original CD to recover from this nuisance. Does anyone reported that? Did I do something wrong?
Second, Where in the bloody hell is the EXIT button on the interface?! I can exit only by closing the whole window with RED X?! When it is done before Win bootup it producing whole erray of script on the screen - possible the way of Win saying F words... Any suggestions here?

Any Suggestions? Help appreciated.

P.S. Interface of 2010 compare to v11 is like hell broke loose, so bad, I have nothing to say... I thought only Win getting worse (from XP up), I guess I was wrong.
