TI 2011 disk backup can be restored but can not boot with windows 7

Thread needs solution

When I installed Windows 7, I did backups several times during the rebuilding of the system. After everything was running for a while, the hard drive died. I was not concerned too much because I had several backups. Using the Acronis boot disk I was able to verify and restore the disk. When I tried to boot the system I get the message that the bootmdr was missing. Did I do something wrong when I created the backups? Did I do something wrong when I did the restore? Is all my data lost or can it be reclaimed somehow?

Thanks for any help.

Greetings,
This windows error can probably be fixed.

Boot from windows 7 install media and perform a start up repair

Or you can use the command prompt and the following command >bootrec /fixboot
