TI 2014 & Cloud Backup single licence - a couple of questions

Hi,

I have the TI 2014 and 250GB cloud storage. I am changing jobs and need to move the licence from one computer to another but the TI migration of licence prog is telling me I am not connected to the internet even though I am. Any ideas for a way around this pls?

Also I want to create an additional incremental backup to my Western Digital Passport hard disk as well as to the cloud that will update only changed files. Is there an easy way to do this via the TI interface?

PS, data that is sent to the cloud via TI, is this encrypted en route and stored as an encrypted file on the cloud? (My be a stupid question I know, but i need to ensure date is secure).
