TI 2015 "Failed to start scheduler services"

Thread needs solution

Cannot get TI 2015 to run. Always get the Failed to start scheduler services " message. Tried downloading the update from the knowledge base but still do not get the "Repair" option on the start screen. I tried uninstalling TI 2015 and reinstalling with no luck.

Now, I had this problem with the beta version, which was never resolved. However, after updating the beta build to the release version all suddenly started working OK.

Don't bother trying to change the run type in Services or the log on details it will make no difference.

I'm trying to work out what might have started everything working when I upgraded to the RTM build. I hesitate to suggest using the netstart command options, as the last time I used that, I could never install Disk Director 11 again on my main PC (DD12 solved that problem).

You could try running the
Acronis Cleaner, that is one option I didn't try with the beta build.
