TI Clone to new SSHD is defective.

I am using the 2011 version of TI. I have used this version to clone my backup drive without any problem. However, I am not trying to use it to clone to a new SSHD drive. The clone completes, TI says everything is OK. But everything is not OK. Weird things are happening, some of which I am sure I don't know about. A couple of examples I do know about: 1. The pictures in Outlook won't display; and 2. The Windows Updater will not run. I have checked the new drive, a 1 TB Seagate, with Seatools and there appears to be no problem with the drive.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing the problem. I don't mind buying the current version of TI if it will work. However, I don't want to buy it if it won't solve the problem.

I will appreciate any suggestions you are able to offer.
