TI Hangs on Startup

Hi,

When I start True Image, it hangs on startup and says not responding in the title bar.

I tried uninstalling, then re-installing. Same thing.

Before I uninstalled, in the upper right hand side where the email address is, it was trying to log in.

Any ideas?
