TI Home 2010 BSoD's Vista 32 SP2
Today I downloaded and installed the trial of TI Home 2010. On both occasions my PC BSoD'd during boot up (too fast to enable me to grab the BugCheck information) resulting in me having to use System Repair (not even the option to try Safe Mode) and perform a System Restore to make the PC bootable once more.
Is this par for the course and should I just run (not walk) away? I gather from the forums that Acronis are not doing particularly well on the software quality these days and I'm just wondering if this is symptomatic of what I'm seeing.
I've no Minidumps to analyze :( - however here's what I can deliver:
HP DC7800, Hard Wired Lan, Symantec AV 10.2, Vista 32 SP2/4GB RAM, Intel eSATA Raid Mirrored Drives (Matric v 7.5) + 1 extra eSATA drive - no other USB devices attached bar mouse and keyboard & WebCam (all Logitech).
I did read the KB article regarding installing the 'latest' versions of SnapMan. Can some one give me some information on SnapMan's relationship to TI Home and why I might need to install them before I reboot (although at this juncture I'm incredibly loath to try a third time)...
Thanks!
Rachel
