TI Update 2 Cant Stop Backup Job in Windows 10

I have a job that seems to run continuously but it is only setup to backup once a day.

I press stop and when I click on picture of the source and dest locations, it says "job stopped by user" but the UI never allows me to edit the job (like it thinks the job stop is in progress"

Next thing i know the job is running again.

Is there any reason why the job cant stop within 2 seconds?
