TI2010: problems with file open save dialogs

TI 2010 -> create backup
1.
I prior TI version the file selection dialog was integrated in the create backup dialog-.
Now one has to click an extra button to open a file dialog. => More clicks are required.

And that file open/save dialog cannot be used with the keyboard only. One has to use the mouse:
in the tree at the left side usually with all file open&/save dialog one can type the 1st character of a folder name to jump to the folder name. And the 2nd character etc. This does not work in the TI dialog!

And the file list cannot be selected with the TAB key as it should be possible.

4.
I have entered as backup destination:
X:\baks\Neuer PC\1 WinXP\46 vor TI 201023.tib and I want it to append to an existing archive.
But in the text box above another (and wring) name is shown. see screenshot.
So, what will be used as filename? This is really unclear.
And the upper textbox is not editable, and using the select button and the browse etc. is not very comforable.

5.
Clicking the back button in the last step, suddenly displays several steps (to define a task) that have not been show while stepping forwards.
