TI2012 after Restore Windows7 Sysprep Fails

Hello,
after I Restore a Backup Image with TI2012 on a Windows7 Machine I get a Problem with Sysprep.
Sysprep started and Display a Error in a DIALOG BOX:

A Fatal Error occurred while trying to sysprep the Machine
