TIB Device as well as 'More Tools'

I had to reinstall Windows 7 x64 last night.

In checking Device Manager, there was an unknown Acronis TIB device shown. I deleted it and did a 2015 Acronis repair from the installation file. That device was not recreated.

Was this a carryover from a previous version or is there something else I need to do?

Also, in the Acronis menu, there's an item called 'More Tools'. When I click on it, nothing happens. How do I get these tools?
