TIH 2009 - Error Code 2(0x640002) & Task Scheduler Problem??

Hi:

I am doing a scheduled full backup of my system drive (Drive C) to a NAS (dLink DNS-323) twice weekly on Wednesday and Sunday. The Wednesday backup executes OK but the Sunday backup does not start by the scheduler. I have tried deleting the task and recreating the task after executing the scheduler_365 (install.bat) utility and it still will not execute the task on Sunday after recreating the task.

When I run the Sunday backup manually it will execute OK but I get Error Code 2(0x640002) in log. Can some please help with this. I am running WinXP Pro. I am running the latest build of TIH 2009.
