TIH 2010 build 7046 & flash drive bug?

ATIH 2010 build 7046 just created a 21GB & growing TIB image for a 3.75GB San Disk Cruzer Micro partitioned with DiskPart as a bootable primary partition!

I told it to do a complete backup same as any other HDD partition & store in on the internal HDD drive D: which has 22GB free. After a while I get a warning about low disk space on drive D:, look & find the TIB files is 21GB+ & TIH was not even finshed backing up yet!!!!

The Cruzer contains a bootable image of Win2K8 DCE which was created with DISKPART as a primary FAT32 partition & less than 2GB in size.

Suggestions other than spending $$$ on a support incident that I feel is not a warranted, justified cost for a bug submission?

Are you sure the flashdrive's partition was the only one selected? In many cases, TI defaults to selecting the Windows partition. If you don't uncheck it, it will be included in the backup.
