TIH 2010 nonstop backup missing folders

I am using TIH 2010 latest build, before or if you reply I have tried 2011 and it was dissapointing and full of bugs so until i get some good feedback about it i am sticking with 2010. I am using the nonstop backup feature of TIH 2010 which seems to working great except for the fact that some key folders in the root of my drive are not being backed up which i created to store web sites that i design and another i use to store stuff i downloaded, in other words they are not OS related folders. They are however very large, combined about 250GB which should not be a problem because the storage drive is about 3 times more the capacity than the partitions being backed up.

I have also noticed that if under tools, folder options, view, in windows explorer if the "do not show hidden files and folders" is checked then nonstop backup will not backup these hidden files and folders.

Any enlightenment on this matter would be appreciated.
