TIH 2011 Nonstop Backup setting won't change

I was excluding a folder on my C: drive that has a Picasa database with huge files. Well I uninstalled Picasa and rebooted. After the reboot NSB would not run.

I can not edit the NSB settings at all. No matter what changes I make they won't stick. Well I manually deleted the "time explorer storage" folder in hopes that might help. No go. I did a reinstall repair of TIH 2011 but that did nothing.

Is there any way to delete all NSB settings like its never been used?

UPDATE: I gave up and used the cleanup utility and reinstalled. That fixed it.
