TIH 2014 Stopped Working, Uninstalled & Reinstalled Not Helping

Thread needs solution

The original installation of TIH 2014 stopped working. When clicking the exe file (TrueImageLauncher.exe) directly, all I get is a page with a "Get Started" tutorial .  At the top of the page, there is a menu toolbar. The choices of "Backup and Recovery" and "Tools and Utilities" are not working (greyed out). I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it.  It is the same as before.  I've tried downloading the updated version as well as using the original software on the disc. There is no change.  The OS is Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 Bit. I've made sure that the anti-virus software is off when installing and trying to use the software. Any suggestions for overcoming this will be appreciated.

From the description you have given, it sounds to me that your ATI 2014 is acting as if it is a trial or non-activated product version.
