TIH2011 crash during the browsing file in Nonstop backup

I have two issues.

First one is for some reason, True Image Home nonstop back up creates two USER folder in the back up. I have user.ADMIN directoy on my computer. In the nonstop back up, it creates user.ADMIN and USER.ADMIN (username in CAPS) as well. The new directory USER,ADMIN has some folder and files from the directory it is backing up, but not all the fiel and folder in the directory. Sometimes, there are more than one of those directory with same name. I only protect the user folder for nonstop, not the entile system.

Second is when I browse the directory to locate a file under the nonstop back up, it crashes the True Image Home 2011.

Has anyone experience the same issue? THis started to happen when I install the latest version of the TIH2011.
