TIH2011 Doesn't Work with Pogoplug

My installation of TIH2011 didn't recognise USB drives connected to my LAN via a Pogoplug. TIH2010 and TIH2009 both recognised the USB drives, so this is a particular issue with TIH2011. Acronis are aware of the problem via Tech Support, but don't seem to be doing anything to fix it so I have reverted to TIH2010 and requested a refund.
