Time to demand my money back
Thread needs solution
How on earth do you get hold of an answer from Acronis? It is quite clear to me that they are wholly overrun by the number of support issues generated by this release. It is not ready for release, not even nearly. Every time I start my PC (5 times out of sleep today) it runs a backup task that is set to NOT run if the task is missed, which it hasn't been anyway. Mostly the tasks fail because TIH can't connect to the network drive even though everything else can. The new features don't work, it's just hopeless. Rubbish. I'm not one for flaming online but this is just complete rubbish, a total waste of my time.
Will someone from Acronis please tell me how I can get my money back PLEASE?
