Too Many Activations

In transferring my serial number of Acronis True Image 2012 from my old computer to my new computer, the email to verify the new computer timed out and apparently was put on a temporary application . That application now has been deactivated. My Acronis account shows that my current serial number has a perpetual license. How can I now transfer my serial number successfully?

If you are still unable resolve the activation issue, you will need to open a Support Case directly with Acronis - this is still available to you for any activation issues regardless of the product version. Take the option for Non-Technical issues when opening the Support Case.
