Did you get the "Too many activations" message? If so, deactivate that installation, after which you'll be able to re-enter the serial number to re-activate it.

I am having the same problem, just purchased TI 2014 3/11/2014. Win 7 64 Pro.
Initially seemed fine, but due to a motherboard failure, I had to replace the motherboard.
Now constant "too many activations" and backups fail. Even though I have completely uninstalled TI and re installed it, when I click the "resolve problem" link in the screen that reports "Too many Activations" all the available options produce the same result, the True Image application hangs up and nothing further happens. Windows will eventually close it with a "is not responding message".

Any one there with Acronis???
This doesn't give confidence that any part of the software works reliably if the most basic part continues to malfunction.

Thank you very much GroverH, I greatly appreciate the message. The problem is that I try the steps outlined in the above referenced posts, the application stops responding to Win 7 64, and Windows closes it.

Hello again Harry,

I answered you in this thread.

Thank you.

Thank you for your help. I have corrected the problem, and TI 2014 is now re-activated.
This was a problem with Windows Internet Explorer 11, or the installation of Windows Internet Explorer 11 on this computer. I un-installed IE 11 and went back to IE 10. After computer reboot, the connection to the Acronis Activation website worked correctly, and re-activation was no problem.
