Thread needs solution

I have just purchased ATI2014 Premium.
When using Tools and Utilities. It does not seem to matter what "tool" I use if I then try another or even the same one, a popup window tells me "Cannot start tool as another tool is running"
I checked out the forum and saw a work around in using Ctrl+Alt+del and turning off the Tools.
This does not work.
The only way to be able to continue to use the Tools and Utilities function is to reboot the PC. This cannot be correct.
Any "expert" out there knows the answer?

The second problem I had was trying to clone a new HDD.
Only after lengthy emails to customer support was I told I had to create a Bootable media disc. After I had done this I able to clone the HDD.

The user manual does not say you have to use/make a Bootable media disc. Why?
Surely in this day an age if you buy a Windows product that states you can clone a HDD you should be able to do it without haveing to fiddle about making another disc. It should be clearly stated on the product that further discs will have to made if you wish to clone.

1) Most of Acronis Tools and Utilities are not supposed to work simultaneously. Please start one tool at a time to avoid the "Cannot start tool as another tool is running" message.

2)  Even though it is safer to clone disks booting from rescue media cloning must can be successfully started in Windows. Could you please describe your scenario step by step? Do you receive any error message? If it is possible please create screenshots to illustrate your workflow.
