Trial wiping out version 2014

Thread needs solution

I recently downloaded the trial version of Acronis True Image 2015.
I am most annoyed that during installation it did not advise that my existing 2014 version would be uninstalled.
Further more I was not warned that it would overwrite my earlier (and essential) saved backup which is now useless.
This has completely failed me and how do I get 2014 back?
Also I have been trying to log in but each time I am told the password is incorrect. I have retrieved 3 new passwords and it still says they are incorrect and will not work.
Trying to get customer support is harder than getting tea with the Queen!

YOu will have to sort out your Acronis.com password issues to access the installer of Acronis 2014, no doubt. If you have trouble with the online password reset, your only option is to contact customer support.

Uninstall 2015 and use the clean up utility, then reboot and install 2014. If you want to try 2015, make a 2014 backup so that it is easier to go back to your preferred system state if 2015 doesn't work for you.
