True Image 10 cannot boot to full version of recovery media, only safe version

Thread needs solution

I need to access a backup on a USB external HDD, but only with the full version loaded can one access USB drives.

After I get to the selection screen and attempt to load the full version, when it loads, I see the splash screen, then a black screen with the Acronis logo at the top, and all white text below it:

Process insmod (pid 44, stackpage=f5059000)
Stack: {lots of 8 digit codes here}
Call Trace: {more 8 digit codes here}

Code: {2 digit codes here}
{various file calls here, such as ide-detect, pcmcia_core, but the following of which appear like errors to me}
$ /bin/insmod i82365
Using /lib/modules/i82365.o
Intel ISA PCIC probe: not found.
init_module: i82365
: Unknown error 19
{... more calls which appear to work fine, including ide-disk, usbcore, which registers usbdevfs and hub, then...}
$ /bin/insmod usb-ohci
Using /lib/modules/usb-ohci.o
init_module: usb-ohci
: Unknown error 19
$ /bin/insmod ehci-hcd
Using /lib/modules/ehci-hcd.o

{and here it stops, and does not continue further, with nothing ever loading after this}

Any ideas?

Are you using the BootCD or starting the operationform within win? Whichever, try it the other way.
Also if the bootCD isn't working, you can try to download an diff iso to make a bootcd with a diff mix fo drivers, which might resovle your issue. Sign in to the Acronis web site and go to your registered programs and you should find a downloadable iso for the bootCD there. Is has diff drivers than the bootcd made form within ATI.

You could also try using the quiet acpi=off noapic option (detailed in Section II of the Read Before You Post thread). This option is also available when using the downloaded ISO version (press F11 when "Starting Acronis Loader..." is displayed or select it from the menu of troubleshooting options, depending on the version).

Are you using TI 10 or TI 2010?

Are you using the latest build available?
