True Image 11 & Intel Embedded RAID

Thread needs solution

Hello and thanks for reading my post. I created a backup using True Image 11 Home on one of my servers (Intel MB SE7520JR2) which has a "INTEL EMBEDDED RAID" controller on board. I went to do a restore and discovered that TRUE Image 11 doesn't recognize the RAID ARRAY on the server. The drives show up but they show up as separate drives and I can't restore to them.

Does anybody know how I can get around this problem. I'm not opposed to purchasing a new copy of "True Image" if that is what it takes.

Your expert advice and guidance would be appreciated!

Regards,

At this point, you will have to try the latest ISO image (that you can download from the ACronis account), or upgrade to 2012, purchase the plus pack, and create a WinPE-based disk. That will contain the drivers you need, most likely, since this uses Windows drivers (and not Linux drivers, like the standard recovery CD).
