Thread needs solution

When I tried to make a backup, TI produced an error dialog, saying that it had run into a problem and had to close, without any details or explanation. I reinstalled the program, but the error reappeared when I tried it then. I then tried using One Click, and instead of the error, it opens a window that says that it is initializing, but then nothing more ever happens. The required Acronis services are started, so what else can be done?

What build of TI 2010 do you have?

When you say you re-installed the program, was this a repair install or a complete uninstall/re-install?

Have you installed any new programs recently, or has Windows installed any updates?

Could you edit your thread and transfer it to the TIH forum, as you won't get many people looking at your problem in the ABR10 forum.
