True Image 2010 no longer clones my hard drives

Thread needs solution

I've been a fan of TRUE IMAGE for years. Haven't bought an upgrade since 2010 because it worked so well for my purposes. I like to clone my hard drives. But now, I have a 1.5TB hard drive in my PC. Its a windows XP machine. Everytime I try to clone the hard drive, it fails. Doesn't give me any real reason just says it failed and very shortly after I start the clone. I cannot create a TIB file either.

I'm wondering if perhaps 2010 was not meant for 1.5TB drives. I don't mind gettingt the 2013 version; does anyone know about this? thanks.

Hello Alan,
The software itself doesn't have any disk size limitations that might keep you from cloning a disk this size. The behavior is related to something in your environment or configuration. Have you looked at the log files for possible error information? Are you certain the disk is supported by your hardware? Have you tried backing up using a boot CD?
