True Image 2010 Nonstop-Backup deletes favorites

Thread needs solution

I am using Win 7 Ultimate and Internet Explorer 8.
A few weeks ago I started Acronis True Image 2010 Nonstop-backup (build 5.029) and detected the following effects:
After having clicked a favorite, such URL is displayed in IE8 but
- the icon of the favorite suddenly disappears replaced by the IE8-"e" icon,
- the favorite cannot be used again (no URL connected any longer (let me call it a pseudo-favorite)),
- the "webdocument" folder in the properties has disappeared,
- the blue-yellow shield shows up next to the "delete" and "rename" in the context menu, usage of them leads you to a rights error,
- the pseudo-favorite is completely deleted from the IE8 favorites and the Windows "favorites" directory of the user after at latest 5 minutes when the nonstop-backup is active,
- every new favorite directly becomes a pseudo-favorite when stored until the system is rebooted.

I double-checked this effect by switching nonstop off and on and it is directly related!

I would be happy for a comment from the Acronis support team.

The build you're using is either a pre-release or the first release (not sure because of the language). That problem was supposedly fixed in a later build. You might try updating to the latest build.

Don't worry about the support team responding! Just quit using the Nonstop Backup feature and the destruction of your Favorites folder will go away.

Upgrade your build, and you'll have a whole bunch more problems to deal with, some of which may be much more serious than the destruction of your Favorites folder by Acronis.
