True Image 2010 for Windows 7 Pro
I have used True Image for many years, and it has saved my butt many times by being able to restore a complete drive image when system problems such as failed system drives occurred.
I will be building my new system this week, using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, and will also have XP mode installed in this machine.
I am ready, willing and able to pay to update my True Image 11 to the current 2010 version, which supports Windows 7. But I have been reading many horror stories about installs, and I am very concerned that something is amiss here.
Can anyone shed some light on this matter? I plan to create new images to another internal (or an external) drive as I progress with all the software installs on the new machine. I assume that when XP SP3 is installed as XP Mode, that I will need an additional install of TI there also.
The last thing I want is to become one of the horror stories. Can I get some feedback on this whole situation. TI has been my saviour for a long time. Can it continue to be that?
