I think the file attachment says it all. Why is your product so intrusive that if 1 bit is not right I am denied installation? Crap in, crap out

I wonder why Acronis has not yet responded to this important questions. Before installing 2010, I uninstalled 2009. Then, after installing 2010, it will not let me activate it with the Acronis-provided serial number.

I'm starting to agree with the previous writer that this version is "crap!"
