TRUE IMAGE 2011 PLUS - GENERAL QUESTIONS...

I would like the following information in regards to the following questions...

(o) i currently own True Image 2011 Plus. I would like to know how to obtain the latest version of True Image 2015 via mail, via DVD. are there any shipping and handling costs??

(o) i have a broadband connection to the internet. i would like to know the minimum standard up-link
and down-link speeds you would recommend to backup a 100 GIGABYTE HARD DRIVE. so i don't have to wait "forever" to backup my entire 100 GIGA-BYTE HD drive.

(o) if i do not have sufficient up-link and/or down-link speeds for my internet connection. i was wondering if you could provide me with an external HD drive, same capacity, via mail, where i could backup my current HD drive to this resource and then i would mail back that external HD drive to you where i could access that HD drive via the cloud for restoration purposes...

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated thank you...
