True Image 2011/SystemCleanup Not recognizing new disk on new controller

Thread needs solution

Hello: I recently added a SIIG, DP SATA 6Gb/s 2S1P PCIe controller with a WD 1TB SATA 6 HDD to my machine.
True Image 2011 recognizes the new hard drive, my machine recognizes it and can manage it, but True Image System Cleanup Does not recognize it so it does not do a clean up on it. In other words at the start of the system cleanup the operator can select which disks to clean and not clean, but that particular disk (the new WD 1tb) is not included in the list.
So, is or is not Acronis interested in such a thing? I tried to get the info to tech support but could not find the info to do it on the Acronis Web site.

To those interested in how I solved this I offer this. I finally got the application to recognize the newly added HDD connected to the newly installed Driver mention in my call for help post above by unchecking all of the partitions that were checked to perform the cleanup of the partition. I rebooted and went back into the application and found that the newly added HDD was there with a checkbox. I had rebooted several times only to find that the new disk would not show up in the list, before I got the idea to uncheck the checked partitions/disks. Anyway, I rechecked all of the boxes I wanted included in the disk cleanup portion of the System Cleanup application and all is well.
Sure pathetic when one has used Acronis products for so many years like I have and when such a problem as this comes up and I try to seek tech support I am confronted with very, very few alternatives, which the main one - the company itself - says Pay Me and Ill show you how to use the product I sold you that you Paid for!
So, like a fool that I am, I lay out for all how to solve this issue and Acronis workers just sit on their hands making the money. As soon as I find another company with service support that tends to the legitimate needs of the customer I will chuck this stingy company.
