True Image 2013 bootup message error

Thread needs solution

I tried cloning my laptop hard drive to an SDD using a USB dock but it failed. I get an error message at bootup about it failing and something about access being denied. When I hit enter it does it a second time. I took it to Fry's and had them clone and and install the SSD which works fine after hitting enter after the second error message.

I later installed True Image 2013 and have used it for a while but have uninstalled it to see if the error messages would go away but they do not. I can't get to my BIOS settings because of the error messages and I would really like to resolve this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Greetings Andre,
Start by following these recommended steps. https://kb.acronis.com/content/2931

Even better, is creating a full disk image back up and restoring those partitions one at a time in the order they exist on the source disk. This is safer and more reliable.
