True Image 2013 Image Alternative

Hello

This small company has around 25 HP 8200 Elite computers running Windows 7 Pro. As a routine I will use the Backup and Recovery CD to create a Disk and Partition TIB.

I have a new computer, a HP Z230. I needed to create using the Backup and Recovery CD a Disk and Partition Tib backup. However I was unable to boot from the cd and/or access the cd during boot. I did notice the anomaly UEFI.

What I had to do was boot into Windows 7 - and run a disk and partition backup from Windows.

What I need to do is restore this TIB from the 300TB Sata hard drive > to a new SSD disk. In that I cannot boot using the Recovery CD I think the work around is to attach the SSD and the USB hard drive (with the TIB backups - and restore in that fashion within Windows 7.

With this outline presented is there a method to access during boot the Restore CD? I am in the habit of working off the boot CD and usb hard drives to do the restores. I can do the work in Windows 7 - just never worked in that fashion.
