True Image 2013 MSATA SSD runningon Startech PCIe 2.0 controller

I added a Startech controller and Samsung 500 GB MSATA SSD to mey Dell Precision 5500 and then cloned the existing 240 Gb OS SSD.  The new drive boots fine but once I start work in the system, I get a blue screen.  Happens very consistantly in an inconsistant manner.  I've added nothing to the new drive in terms of software etc.  Going back to the old drive results in the machine running just fine, no issues whatsoever.  When doing the copy I followed teh default/automated way of copying things.

Any suggestions or ideas on what teh cause could be or how to trap the cause would be appreciated.
